CLA SITE’s professional design team prepared site planning documents for City of Saratoga Springs approval for this multi-use building. The building consists of six commercial units and three apartment units.

CLA SITE’s permitting services included presenting detailed plans at Planning Board meetings, obtaining site plan approvals, and designing and permitting stormwater features.

CLA SITE’s engineering and landscape architecture team designed all aspects of the corner site; work included developing concept alternatives and site construction documents, which included demolition of the previous building. New designs included site layout, grading and drainage plans, lighting design, and water and sewer plans. CLA SITE carefully selected landscaping plantings that would allow the building to seamlessly blend in with the historic Saratoga Springs neighborhood.

Finally, CLA SITE was responsible for construction administration and oversight on behalf of the client.
