CLA SITE and M.J. Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C. (MJ) worked closely with the Village of Saranac Lake and the New York State Department of State on the Downtown Revitalization Initiative in Saranac Lake, New York.

CLA SITE supported MJ with public involvement coordination services, landscape architectural design services, civil road geometry realignments, graphic rendering support, cost estimating, and funding allocation for the public improvement project. The final strategic plan included three new park improvement projects and three streetscape reconstruction projects. Through extensive community outreach, the strategic investment plan will facilitate the funding and implementation of key public improvement projects that will be catalysts for future growth within the Village of Saranac Lake.
