CLA SITE prepared site planning documents for approval of this 24-unit condominium development, including seven affordable units. Additional site amenities included separate garage space, a central courtyard and extensive planting.
Permitting services included planning board presentations, site plan approvals, and stormwater permitting. Design tasks included concept alternative development and site construction documents including demolition, site layout, grading and drainage, lighting, sewer, water, and planting plans.
CLA SITE was also responsible for construction administration and construction observation.
