CLA SITE was retained by Howe Caverns to guide the vision of a 24 acre Theme Park expansion. Our services included the development of a new Master Plan for added attractions to compliment the Historic Caverns. Components of the Master Plan included a Gemstone Mining Building, Howe High Adventure zip line, ropes course, and rock climbing wall; Three season Pavilion and Concession Stand, and development of a more efficient vehicular and pedestrian circulation and ticketing system.

CLA SITE was responsible for full design, design development, construction documents, environmental and NYSDEC SWPPP permitting utilizing green infrastructure stormwater practices.
