Peter Loyola has over 35+ years of design, construction and environmental permitting experience as a Landscape Architect and planning consultant. Mr. Loyola’s project work focuses on low impact development and master planning; mine/reclamation planning; environmental permitting; visual impact assessments; stormwater and green infrastructure design; and construction documentation and administration.

Scott Miller has over 22 years of landscape architectural and project management experience on a wide range of public and private development. Mr. Miller’s project expertise includes technical site design, construction detailing and specifications, and design and permitting of complex stormwater management systems throughout all of CLA’s market sectors. Scott excels in site planning and design, grading and drainage, construction documents and administration, office/commercial architectural design and drafting, visual impact assessment, and photo simulations. Mr. Miller specializes in technical environmental permitting and compliance services.

Marina has over 35 years civil engineering experience as a design engineer, project manager, A/E manager for utility and building infrastructure construction projects. Ms. Connors has been involved in all phases of design and construction from planning and budgeting through post-construction. Her experience in the private sector and federal agencies has led to strong communication, organizational, analytical, and computer skills. Marina’s special interests lie in water and wastewater design projects located in remote areas.

Jorge Olano has 7 years of construction project management experience on a variety of architectural and site/civil projects. As a Certified Professional Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) specialist, Mr. Olano conducts data collecting field investigations and also provides stormwater monitoring and inspection services. In the office, Jorge produces high-quality, construction plans, specifications, and technical construction detailing with an exceptional attention to detail. He also assists with project permitting across all of CLA’s market sectors.

Paul Adel has 40 years of engineering design, permitting, regulatory compliance and project management experience serving commercial and manufacturing industries. Mr. Adel has assisted clients subject to NPDES/SPDES, bulk storage and air quality regulations and has conducted Environmental Impact Assessment for industrial site developments. Mr. Adel prepares hydrologic and hydraulic studies and stormwater conveyance and treatment designs, and he has conducted investigation and remediation on federal and industrial contaminated sites. Mr. Adel began his career in the aerospace industry designing airframe flight control and satellite structures. Mr. Adel has experience with the application of modeling, spreadsheet and database software. In his spare time Mr. Adel enjoys travel photography and woodworking.

Paige is a landscape designer with experience working on high-end residential, master planning, farming, and equestrian site design projects. She has experience using programs such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suites, and various hand drawing and rendering programs.
