James Gabriel has over 16 years of municipal experience, along with 11 additional years of private consulting engineering experience with clients in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Gabriel has assured projects were in conformance with funding, regulatory, and contract requirements while providing progress review and engineering oversight. He served as Emergency Operations Center technical advisor through several disasters and worked closely with SEMO/DHSES and FEMA pre-, during, and post-disaster on reclamation and mitigation projects. Mr. Gabriel was the technical lead for the SC MS4 program from initiation through implementation. He has produced and reviewed project plans and bid documents for a large variety of civil/environmental projects.
