Mid-Level Landscape Designer

Position requirements for Mid-Level Landscape Designer:
- 2-7 years of experience working as an architectural designer.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Competency with hand sketching and drawing, Rhino/Sketchup, Lumion.
- Experience in working with plants and planting design.
- Basic cost estimating experience.
- Strong technical design, written, and verbal communication skills.

Bookkeeper
CLA SITE Landscape Architecture, Engineering & Planning has an opening for a Part-Time Bookkeeper, for approximately 20 hours per week.
CLA SITE is in downtown Saratoga Springs and offers a competitive salary, relaxed work environment and comprehensive benefits including a retirement plan with an employer match and bonus program. We enjoy an exciting professional environment balanced by an excellent quality-of-life philosophy.
A summary of duties includes:
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Record accounts receivable payments in QuickBooks
- Record all expenses in QuickBooks
- Prepare 1099’s at year end
- Work with accountant to provide quarterly and year-end tax needs
- Electronic transfers, as needed
- Work with Office Manager for accounting information/reports/invoicing/project information
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is organized, has a solid work ethic and integrity, is detail oriented and has very good time-management skills. The candidate should have 5+ years of bookkeeping & QuickBooks experience, familiar with payroll, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with BillQuick invoicing preferred.
